FETC Raffle

TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the TinkerTell Raffle! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:



1. Organizer

This raffle is organized by TinkerTell a brand of Tink Big Ltd, accessible at https://www.tinkertell.app/. The dedicated raffle page is https://www.tinkertell.app/printer-raffle.



2. Price

The price includes:

  • A laser printer valued at approximately $200-$400.

  • Three months of premium access to TinkerTell for your local library.


3. Raffle Period

The raffle will run from January 14, 2025, to January 21, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.



4. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older.

Participation is open to anyone promoting a US library.



5. How to Enter

Participants may enter the raffle through one of the following two methods:



  1. Newsletter Sign-Up:
    Visit the raffle page and fill out the contact form with: Name, Email address, Library name, Library website (optional)

  2. Instagram Participation:
    Follow TinkerTell's official Instagram account.
    Like the designated raffle post.
    Comment on the post, mentioning a library in your comment.
    *Participants can only enter once through each method. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.



6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly using a randomization function in Excel. The draw will take place the week after the raffle ends.



7. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified via:

  • Email, if entered through the newsletter sign-up form.

  • Direct Message on Instagram, if entered through Instagram.

Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their price. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and a new winner may be selected.



8. Additional Rules

No purchase is necessary to enter.

The price is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

By entering, participants agree to allow TinkerTell to use their name and library details for promotional purposes.



9. Limitation of Liability

TinkerTell is not responsible for:

  • Technical errors or interruptions preventing participation.

  • Lost or delayed notifications due to incorrect contact details.
